Lefeber Point is a mixed-use project located in the heart of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin at the intersection of Harwood Ave. and State St.
This project consists of 18,000 s.f. of office space, eight spacious apartments, and 3,200 s.f. of ground-level retail space. The ground-level retail space has been occupied by Noodles and Company since Aug. 2003. The entire third floor of office space is the home of AG Architecture. The balance of the space is occupied by two local law firms, manufactures rep., and an engineering firm.
This mixed-use development also offers 24 municipal parking stalls below the building. All office levels are accessible by elevator and offer common area bathrooms on both levels.
