Washer and dryer hook-ups are provided in each unit but equipment is not furnished. Commercial coin-operated washers and dryers are also located on the second floor for resident use.
Monthly rates do not include electric, cable TV, internet or telephone. All units are wired for cable and internet ready with cable jacks in living room and both bedrooms. Phone jacks are located in kitchen and both bedrooms.
