The pricing schedule below reflects the apartments presently available.

All pricing includes indoor parking (2 spaces), a storage unit, all appliances (refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher, disposal, and microwave), water-sewer charges and real estate taxes. Washer and dryer hook-ups are provided in each unit but the equipment is not furnished. Commercial coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the second floor for resident use.

Monthly rates do not include electric, cable TV, internet or telephone. All units are wired for cable and internet ready with cable jacks in the living room and both bedrooms. Phone jacks are located in the kitchen and both bedrooms.
